I've been very happy with my Monster LT1-S dual-disk clutch. Monster uses the LT1 dual disc pressure plate and discs from the LT1 engines and makes their own flywheel to mount it to the LS engines. You can have them lighten the flywheel if you like but I did not do so.

It is a very nice setup to drive, basically feels just like driving a clutch on a new car (since it's the same parts). I have about 5k miles on it now with no complaints.

It's not going to be the cheapest setup out there, but if you search around, they do have some vendors that sell at lower prices than buying from them direct. That is what I did...
