Update 12/28
Update
, didn't get to my passenger side door yet, had to finish the passenger side cowl repair I started. Finished welding the patch and cleaned the rest of the outer rocker with 36grit. Thought I'd show the rest of the problem areas of the my car, really - it's worst than it looks!
The under coating actually saved the wheel wells, the only rust is where the spot welds attached to the trunk, to mini tub or not?
The trunk is pretty good with the rust limited to the corners where the water leaked past the weatherstrip and sat in the corners, simple patch.
The door is on my to do list this weekend, can't look at this anymore
Rocker repair, much better.
Cleaned the undercoating off the wheelwells.
Undercoating actually saved these wells - kinda- rust at spot welds!!
The lovely door repair
Left wheel well again, not bad
Close up of the rust at the spot welds
Left rear quarter rust cut out.
This is my bondo door
Trunk rust is limited to the corners where the water sat.
Rest of trunk is great!
