I'm running the MightyMouse configuration on my car as well. I have a Scott Shafiroff 540 Ultra Street with Holly HP MPI.
-12AN from passenger VC to dirty side inlet of catch can
-6AN clean line to 1/4npt in front of the intake just under the throttle body.
This system works very well on my application.
