Rodger Lee from Ironworks will know, his shop built the 55 you're referencing. It looks similar to the Earl's I've got.

The white lines are called tracer lines. Tech flex makes an expandable hose cover that was probably used on the radiator hose. Should be easy to hunt down on google.

The black ends look like Gates Power Grip before the AN fittings.

I looked at all of Tech Flex's products, but nothing matched. That's a good guess and I agree the lines are tracer lines, but apparently these are not Tech Flex covers.
