Default Budget leaf spring 69 Camaro questions

I really enjoy this forum and have been searching around for a long time... one of my first posts though are there any good threads on leaf spring autocross/road race first gen camaro.

Trying to decide what is the best angle of approach and money spent

I hire Ron Sutton (Ron Sutton Race Technologies) to design my suspension(s).

I run a composite (single leaf) leaf spring - on monoballs (vs rubber) bushings -- on my '65 Mustang track car..... I think this took about 80 #'s out of the rear of the car.... They're controlled with triple adjustable JRi's. You'd be blown away at how well this car works on track.
