Default 1969 Firebird "Pheonix"

HI, Everyone I purchased a 1969 Firebird, 3yrs ago. Recently Purchased a Speed-tech sub-frame. Went to install and found a can of worms. I have been reading many of the project on this site and WOW. So I'm here to Steal your experience. I found 3 layers of floor-pans. Good layer on top, original in the middle and a new layer on the bottom So I ordered a new pan from AMD.
