Default Ls swap and original chasis harness

In the middle of swapping a ls2/t56 magnum into a 68 camaro. The camaro was restored about 10 years ago so it's in good shape. My question is the original electrical harness is connect to the starter, so after the swap I'm sure I'll reconnect to the new starter. But the front harness was connected to the alternator what do I do with those plugs. I believe there was two and a ground. Any info would be great. Pics or a diagram would be even better. If it matters I'm using Dakota gauges. Thanks.

If no solution here within a reasonable amount of time reach out to Speartech and ask them, they are very sharp on LS swaps. They reworked my factory harness and reflashed my original GTO computer.

What LS harness are you using? Most have the alternator connectors in which case you don’t use the originals.

Did you have the external regulator in the original setup?

I'm using a original ls corvette harness that has been converted to standalone. And yes I still have the external regulator.

Are the alternator connections in your LS harness? If they are use them. No need for the external regulator etc.
