What internet browser do you use? I know for Firefox and Chrome you can install an add-on that automatically creates a workaround and re-enables hotlinking of Photobucket pics, so build threads appear completely restored and viewable. Search Google for "photobucket fix for ____" with _____ being whatever browser you use.

I'm still alive! Not at 100% operating level, but I'm doing better day by day. Been a rough 2018 for me with my health. I've been in the hospital 4 times since early January. One visit was 5 weeks...
I'm back home now for almost 3 weeks and feeling much better. I'm getting my strength back and dealing with some of the side effects. The worst was picking up a fungal infection in my lungs while my immune system was totally down. That'll take months to get rid of and of course, months of meds.

Enough about that! I guess I never posted a link to a walk around video of the mostly completed new chassis. It's here: https://youtu.be/rZuNLUIQsOQ

I did get to one event in last year to see how the new setup worked. Took the car down to Charlotte, NC for Good Guys and also hit up the DSE open house. So about the chassis. Whoa. Mega change in the way it drives! I went from having no rear grip to now having too much. Had to make some big adjustments from the "middle" position that I had it in. By the end of 7 runs, and getting faster each run, it was getting much easier to drive.

There's a few things I want to change, but overall I'm very satisfied with it. Here's a few pics of it together and on the ground.

I only have one question Aaron, did you wipe the car down with a coat of WD-40 right before taking those pics...? It's looking pretty shiny!!

Thanks for posting the update, glad you are on the mend and getting back to car things once again.

Nope! That's all natural beauty right there. Thanks, it's good to be back or slowly coming back is more appropriate.

So nice to see you post on here again and more about cars and less about bad health! Glad you are feeling better!

Getting to enjoy some tasty beers yet?

Thanks Dave, it's good to be back! Although I'm miles from being back to any normalcy, I am feeling much better.

Actually I have a Dr's appointment tomorrow and I plan on asking about having a beer or two. He so far has said no. From what I've read, it's not an issue (in moderation). So yeah, I'm ready for one...it's been over 4 months.

The suspension stuff is off the hook cool Aaron!

Glad your feeling a bit better. Let me know what the Doctor says about beer and I can send you some. My nieces boyfriend owns a brewery here in Boise and they make some really great beer.
