I made a plastic one work fine, but if all else fails, some people have had to acquire a metal one to get it just right. If your hydraulics are set up, I'd try pushing the clutch a little. I had similar issue and that solved it for me on the first try.

Fought mine for hours. Pushing in the clutch a little seemed like it might have been the key. Good luck.

Sorry to hear about your troubles....

For others looking into this transmission.... A TKO600 shifts like garbage and doesn't like to be shifted at high RPMs. To those on the fence.... save your money and buy a T56 Magnum and never look back.

I have upgraded synchros and this TKO shifted like butter in my other car.
