To me the question begs the question -- why would you run fuel line near this heat source to begin with?? Why not just reroute it so you don't create the problem??
Fuel line was there first when I only had manifolds and a regular exhaust on the car. It was miles away then. I'm just trying to keep from rerouting the fuel lines now. The LT1 takes fuel in and out from the rear so the lines will run along the firewall some how. The good news is, it looks like I'll be able to route the primary and not get close to the fuel lines. I'll get it mocked up today to verify but I think my current ideas will work well.

Well, it looks like this won't be an issue after all. I think I have figured out a way to run the primary so it doesn't come close. The issue I have now is can I run the other primaries while leaving the current ones I have laid out alone. I'm hoping I can because if not, it's redo everything I have laid out already. This is like the most ridiculous jigsaw puzzle ever.

Very true. That's why I'm also not doing anything beyond tacking the tubes in place before I verify the exhaust fits. I think I'll be fine but I sure don't want to find out I'm not and then be really screwed.

I've got the passenger side header tacked up. I've pretty much verified the exhaust is going to work as well. So the header design is good to go. I ended up with the closest primary being 3 inches away from the fuel lines. Glad this wasn't a concern after all. Thanks again for the replies.
