I have not personally had work done by Carl, but he has been a contributor over @ Team Chevelle for a few years now and his shop appears to be very capable of the work that you are looking for. It have talked to Carl about a few jobs, I just haven't needed his services yet. I will be sending my next project to him.

Good Luck.

You could call Joe Dahi at DRT AUTO, LTD in Phoenix. He was the one who did lots of work on the guy who has the green 69 that was in PHR last month. I dont think Joe does any motor work but he may be able to send you in the right direction. You could also call So-Cal speed shop in Phoenix they may have a good lead as well.
