Thumbs up Ridetech

I scrolled through the Vendor feedback prior to posting, since mine was a smaller purchase...less than $300 this time. I did one other transaction with them before, same good experience then as now. I thought I would see a bunch of good PR for Ridetech based on my impression of Bret and the company from a customer/enthusiast point of view. I was surprised to not see RideTech listed.

Anyway...
Great products, great people and excellent communication!

Special thanks to Mike

Backstory, a website glitch with a checkbox left an add-on vent kit off my Girlfriends order of my Christmas present. A phone call and email fwd of her order took care of the whole problem with the missing component arriving 2 days later.

We have had a lot of people very happy with Ridetech. Unfortunately they aren't posting their feedback in here.

Thank you for taking the time.

That is what I presumed which is why I was surprised to not see a thread in progress.

You are absolutely welcome. I am trying to spread the word on good customer service. Our society is so much more inclined to gripe when it is bad, and rarely share when we get what we want or expected... and I do not mean just our car community but our whole society.

Thanks for your positive comments on our merry band of hotrodders...always appreciated!

I think there a couple of reasons why you don't see many comments on us here.

1. We truly try to get it right the first time so the transaction is seamless. It makes you happier and us more money
2. The level of service at most companies is at such a good level that it has become expected (as it should), and anything less is what makes the headlines.

We don't get it right 100% of the time, but we do try 100% of the time. Thanks again for caring enough to post!

You're welcome. If we ever meet perhaps you can reward me with a ride in one of those flagship beasts that you pilot at events around the country... I don't even care which one!

Not knowing when we might cross paths you might not have even built it yet so keep up the good work!

Unfortunately when the transaction goes well most people head out to the garage with a smile and thier parts and never think to take the time to say it was a good experience. Be stuck waiting on your parts with nothing else to do and people have all the time in the world to write negative feedback.

Being that you cannot find much feedback on Ridetech is a great thing in this context and speaks volumes about them. Bret and the whole crew at Ridetech are great to deal with and are just good ole decent folks to a fault. I have said this before and will say it again, Bret is one of the nicest guys on this earth and will do almost anything for his friends.

You will never go wrong dealing with them.
