As long as you have agreed value and have it insured for enough, then yes. most guys the cars are paid for, so with a proper estimate, they just cut you a check and you start replacing your own parts. Where I have had issue in the past is in getting the insurance to cover quality of paint work. I had issue on one job getting the adjuster to accept the hours to return a finish back to the same standard, and guess who the insurer was.....
I have done several cars insured by grundy and they have been great to work with so far. As long as your estimate wasn't getting close to total value and was a fair estimate, they had no issue cutting checks.
