Here is another one that I just found the other day. Looks like a really nice car and it's 4-sale. I would like to see more pics of the build and maybe who built the car.

Finally got these seats installed. It was extremely tight with the MCI console. Seats look a little odd because they are so tall but they are very comfortable. Driving position is great for me at 5’9”. A tilt wheel is essential. Probably wouldn’t do it again but there was no turning back.

Hi Don, do you have any pics of what you had to modify either floor pan or seat rails if any? I have a set as well that will be using on my 69 Camaro.
Thanks
Jon

I am running the standard SS seats but may upgrade to the recaros.
We notched the running boards, removed the original seat pans and mounted the seats as low possible.

I didn’t do anything this sophisticated. Just added some small extensions to the floor pans with correct mounting nut locations. I cut the locating features off the bottom of the tracks. I had to remove a skooch from the rear outside track to clear the seatbelt mounting bolt hole. One of my goals was to retain the stock mounting holes in the event that I could not get these to work.

Jim’s solution is superior but I think it would exclude the Morris three point belts I wanted to use. His method would work better with the TMI console.

My method was really a result of installing the 5th gen dash, trans tunnel and center console. something to keep in mind depending on what console you use.
