I know what you mean at TC. Although I wont get locked out a few people didnt like what we were doing to what they precieved to be a numbers match SS convert, which was far from the truth. They didnt like it being non stock anymore. I like stock restorations as well as the next guy but can appreciate the work going into a PT type car. Your 70 looks real nice.

TC is a much different place, very politically correct and intolerant of differing veiws. I get yelled at A LOT.

I didn't see your thread at PT, I wouldn't think you get any guff over there, I think it looks nice. Not my rough and nasty style but if I ever get old and want a nice car to drive it may look something like that.

Not to steal the thread or insult you, but this question should be asked at a street rod site. You are now out of Pro-touring and building a street rod. Pro-touring is to increase cornering perfomance, not degrade it like you with those large wheels.

was a comment taken from Pro-touring when asked about my brakes.

HOLY $H!#*...car's still looking sweet. Build it how you like it man. I absolutely love your dash and console. Who made those and would they be willing to do another dash like that? I have been looking for something just like that...I dig it big time. Any person that thinks they can take "Pro Touring" and claim it as their own with their own definition can %^(*&(&^&*%^$%&@!!!!!! I'm sick of this crap that people are opening their mouth and spitting out poop all over people's cars. Your car is bitchin' and you know it so go with that. Im glad I finally got to see a pic of the full car with the rims...it looks sick. I look forward to see more pics.

I still like your car. I think I said that before in the P-T.com chat room. I may not be a fan of the 20" wheel thing, but it looks good on your car. Build it the way you like it. I have a bug bumper Camaro that not many people like. Hell, even the guys at NastyZ28.com bag on those cars. Do I care? No. I'm building it for myself. If people don't like it, they can suck on themselves. There are people out there that appreciate many different things. Like the 22" wheels and spinners on a 1984 Cutlas with a body lift. To each his own. I just wish I could see your car in person. That thing still looks bad ass.

Good attitude and very nice car. Don't ever let people get you down. Hang out here for a while!

Just a bit curious who made those comments on PT?
