The tight fitment of the pieces pre welding is a work of art in itself, very nice attention to detail.

Here are a few pics of what I got done on Saturday.

Rack mounts complete. Front lower A arm mount brackets complete. Welded out the front frame rail tubes and metal finished them. Did final prep for welding out all of the bracketry.

How do you plan to make the nose cone?

I am going to form it out of metal first. Then once I lay at the "glass" panels I will cut the templates out and have thick lexan formed to each piece.
