Default Which torque converter?

Just ordered my tranny kit and torque converter from TCI and want to check with the experts. Will a 2200 stall converter be a wise choice with these options?

440 s-charged and EFI with 750-800 hp on pump gas, 8-12 lbs. of boost (not sure which just yet), 509 hydraulic roller cam, reinforced 727 automatic tranny with Gear Vendors OD unit (6 speed), 4.10 gears on 25" tires.

The car will be mostly street driven with more road racing than drag racing. The cam will be making its power from the 2000-5500 rpm range. Am I good to go or do I need to make a change in stall speed? Thanks again.
