Default Our hobby/sport is finally legit!!!!

Saw this in the kids clothes section of JCPenney's in SouthCenter mall in Tukwila, WA.

Wow, you know you're in a legitimate hobby/sport/occupation when they start making kids clothes about it!

congratulations everyone,

Robert

That's pretty funny, I started a new label (Grip Equipped) earlier this year and we've begun targeting the big department stores with some of the designs. We've gotten a huge response so far for orders for spring. Looks like the general public is catching on.

Whatever the stores want to carry. I already have some of the designs available now on my website store www.hermancedesign.com as white or ash colored shirts M-2XL. The ones that will be in the stores will be other colors because they will be screen printed and/or embroidered vs sublimated as they are now. We've started with T's for now but there will be button up workshirts, golf shirts, hoodies, beenies, ball caps, women's/kid's and toddler's sizes.

As much as I love the old school hot rod culture and the T's they have available, you can only have so many flaming winged eyeball shirts or Ratfink hotrods. It's about time we had our own culture and our own style. It'll be like the Fubu of G-machines, modern domestic muscle and street rods I guess.

That's just the tip of the iceburg though. We're thinking much, much bigger. Heh heh heh

This is the difference in a nutshell:

There's advantages and disadvantages to both.
