Default 10" sub flush mounted in trunk

To you stereo buffs.
I am thinking of flush mounting one 10" sub in my trunk area. If this would be installed between the rear subframe and the quarter panel, would there be much of a chance I would screw the panel up due to vibration? The area would roughly be 10"x12" and about 10" deep. I was told a JL W3 requires 1.3 cubic feet, so I am thinking of going with a Boston pro series sub. BTW, the car is a 67 fastback. Thanks
