Default Roadster Shop FAST TRACK '64-70 Mustang front crossmember

The Roadster Shop is proud to release an all-new crossmember for early Mustangs.

Utilizing track-proven Fast Track geometry with reliable OEM performance components , such as spindles, hubs and sway bar end links, The Roadster Shop has created a truly one of a kind Mustang performance setup.
With ease of adjustability, performance and reliability as the goal, this crossmember incorporates zero deflection Acetyl GP bushings and reverse-mounted control arms for easy camber and caster adjustments.

The elimination of the factory shock towers frees up valuable engine bay room in earlier Mustangs while offering the flexibility of the crossmember being designed around both traditional and newer modular motors. Access for adjustment of steering rack, sway bars and coilovers have all been incorporated into the layout.

Positive and negative jounce bumpers protect the coilovers from excessive motion abuse , while the 7075 T-651 billet steering arms offer added strength, weight reduction and a lower steering rack.
Designed to be welded directly into existing Mustang framerails, our customers can now enjoy Fast Track performance within a factory frame.

Any chance you'll be producing a crossmember like this for a E-body mopar in the near future?

We currently have a few ideas on the drawing board, but don't have any plans in the near future for making a direct bolt in/weld in application for the E-Bodies. We do sell our universal crossmember that is available with 2x4 stub rails, or with out rails so you can make your own or slide it into an existing frame like it is pictured above for the Mustang. We offer a complete chassis for the E-Body if you are interested in that route.

Thanks for the reply. I thought maybe because you previously built one of the best Challengers ever you had the design in the bag. It really doesn't look to be all that different than the Mustang design for the shock towers, rails, etc.

Anyway-keep it in mind. Us Mopar guys have very few choices for high end, modern designs that aren't based on the MII spindle and design and that don't put the ride height way high. The reality is that most of us private builders want something that is bolt on or nearly bolt on without splicing/grafting the frame rails. We want what all the Chevy and Ford guys already have!

Keep up the great work on these designs. Probably the best stuff going right now.

Wes
