Default 1961 ford f100 unibody longbed

new to fords and new to the whole truck scene, but have been around muscle cars for quite some time. this truck is in very nice shape body wise, not a runner. but it definately needs some help. i want to do a budget build, so i may be on the wrong website for that. but i thought some of you may give me some advice and point me in the right direction. wondering about all the stuff, like best suspenion options, etc. i am pretty good with motors, so that is not an issue. any help is appreciated.

awesome truck, I wish i had a unibody. I think you have a great starting point. The unibody truck is kinda rare, so keep the body kinda stock when you go to upgrade other stuff. (thats what i would do)

Welcome to the site! I see Washington plates on the truck. What part ? I am north of Everett.
That will make a really cool project. I always liked those unibodies.

It amazes me how many people never knew this body style existed. We have a unibody project going in my shop.

Good luck with the sale and the project for whoever takes it off you hands.
