Default New 700 mile Ford 9 Rear End Eaton Posi Parts in oil !

Can anyone identify these parts found in my oil ? This is a brand new unit from Dutchman with an Eaton posi. Name:  IMG_0960.jpg

Not trying to be flippant, but it looks like a call to the supplier. My Eaton Detroit Locker TrueTrac has a one year warranty. Hope you got it replaced quickly!
