We will leave Cadillac Ranch tomorrow at 4:00 and head to Bill's Backyard Classics --- leave there around 5:00 and will be at Holiday Inn Wolfin Ave... then leaving there for dinner before 6:00

Pretty tight window -- but it is what it is!

More important than painting, yes.

More important than happy wife..., I'll be here overseeing the painting.

Why are there no pics or stories in this thread yet?!? Surely someone has been arrested by now....

Be patient, they won't be able to contain the juvenile within.

History repeats itself right?

No tickets.... no big issues... the ones that some have had have been handled. We have two, two car trailers - 55 gallons of Premium gas - tons of tools and even more knowledge. Most of the cars are seasoned veterans of long distance and as such are well maintained.

The trip has been very fun -- extremely well organized -- and has run like clockwork! My kudos to Good Guys.... and to Ed Capon (driving the giveaway roadster) and his lovely bride Maggi!

Is there a map of the route?

I might be able to sneak over to the interstate and at least see the caravan as it rolled by...

Glad you came over Chad!! It's always good to meet everyone. It's really never about the cars or the drives --- it's about all the great people we meet.

I was thinking I wouldn't bother with SEMA this year... and then got to thinking about all the people I see only there... and booked a room. LOL
