Default 1st Gen F body & BBC Headers

What are most of you guys running big blocks in first gen camaros using for headers? Trying to find something with some room around the gearbox. I know Lemons makes some top notch stuff, just trying to find something a tad easier on the wallet like Doug's, Hedman, etc? that i don't have to dent to fit!

Thanks for the feedback, those are really nice pieces! Dougs headers have some that "supposedly " fit around the gearbox but I haven't found anyone running them. May just have to bite the bullet and try those ARH's!

Buy Lemon's you wont regret it!!!

I have some hooker super competitions that were reconfigured to clear power steering gear box, if you're interested in those.

steve, do you know how the ARH's compare in terms of ground clearance to the Lemons?

Lemon's are great, it's what I have in my car, although be mindful, he does not pressure test them to ensure they don't leak which can be problematic for EFI cars (mine). My merge collector leaks on the internal welds and screws with the O2 sensor readings....

I did get a set of the Dougs headers bare. They actually fit better than I thought they would for the price. I plan on getting them Jethot coated.

Would you be interested in a gently used set of Lemons Headers (Silver Ceramic Coated with v-band clamps)?
Please PM me if interested
