Default Where should I stop

I just finished undercoating my car with U-pol Raptor liner, now I am going to spray the same in my interior and trunk. On the interior where I spray the coating I will be covering with sound deadner. My first question is where should I not coat/sound deaden the interior. I really would like to do the sheetmetal where the backseat rest (#1) on and the wheel tubs, but should I also do the small panel next to the tubs (#3) in the picture? It seems that if I did coat/deaden that area it would be hard get all the window bolts and cranks back in correctly, should I just leave this area in primer? Also, if I do the sound deaden the trunk should I put sound deadner on the inside of the rear quarters? How many people put sound deading material in the trunk?
