Talking 69 Firebird interior changes

Hello all,

I haven't posted in a while but I'm making steady progress on my 69 Firebird ram air 400. As you all probably know, firebird interior options are sadly limited so I was wondering if a few Camaro pieces would work. I would like to install a M/T console w/the accel gauge pod for a custom look and an updated dash panel. Someone was working on a dash panel a while back (Marquez Design I think) but I havn't heard a word since. Anyone have an idea? Will the 69 Camaro console and pod work? It's good to be back.

thanks

The 69 camaro console will work. The firebird console is very close or maybe the same as the 67 Camaro.

Covan's Thunder Road is making Firebird dash panels with Autometer gauges, but I don't like the layout, or the limitation to 3-3/8" gauges. I would at least like the option of 5" gauges. I haven't heard great things about the other Covan's, I'm assuming it's the same people.
