Default Front runner comparision

I had my mind made up and I was going to call Lisa today with my invoice number to order the black anodized front runner setup by Vintage Air. Well, I hit a slow spot in the day so I started flipping through my summit magazine and I found a front runner setup put together by GM Performance parts. I am now trying to decide if I want to pay $1900 for the Vintage Air or $800 for the GM setup. I am really wanting to stay with the black look, I really don't want that much "bling" under the hood. But, I do want the compact look with nice lines. I don't want to pop the hood and somebody ask if the front runner setup is off of a 94' Chevy pickup, but $1100 would be money well spent else were on the car. So, if anybody has an opinion or pics of the GM kit on there car that would be greatly appreciated. Here are links to both;

I think the Vintage air setup is alot cleaner. It depends if you want function or form I guess. I would go vintage if it was me.

I get what you are saying... I would say go with the GM one but it does look like a 94 S10 or something. do you need the compactness of one of the systems? there is nothing wrong with the factory setup.

With the GM setup there is at least one giant cast iron bracket the bolts to the block. The BB setup is exactly the brackets of a 94-95 2500 TBI truck. Not really a performace setup RPM or weight-wise.

I'd go vintage air.
