Default GM A body bushings

So i am going to be changing my body bushings on my el camino. i see you can get rubber, urethane , and solid mounts. on my camaro i went to solid mounts for the subframe but with the el camino being a body on frame setup not sure if it would be recommended. also for solid mounts all i can find is abc performance or speedtech. the speedtech site says for a chevelle so i dont know if they have to extra ones for a el camino. any recommendations on what to use ?
thanks
