Shay that is sooo wicked, man! And the car performs as good as it looks, too.

What mods were done to run that number? (Tires and suspension)

Oh, and by the way Scott, you work great under pressure!

Default Opens right up...

With the latest Microsoft Media Player 10 + Windows XP Pro Corporate Edition w/ Service Pack 2, clicking on the vid immediately spawns the player / vid. Guys having issues should go to the Windows Update 'site and get busy.

The kid in the very beginning of the vid is hilarious! Talk about camera shy :p

Seeing this beastly thing in action has confirmed in my mind that setting up a (vastly simpler) centrifugal 'charger, setup with an intercooler and a BOV / adjustable wastegate, combined with todays electronics / PFI setups = deadly combinations never before possible. The way that thing sounds while just idling is just downright intimidating!

That is awesome, nice to see you're putting it where it belongs, on the track!
Beautiful, and nice work Scott.

Thanks Guys, That was the first time at the track for the car. I got almost 500mi. on the odometer. Bill, there were no mods made to the susp. at all. I did put some centerline venturas 16x9.5 rims and ET Streets 26x11.5x16 for track duty though. With some tuning and using my G/V between 2nd & 3rd before I cross the stripe I would like to get some 6.30's out of it. I did not use the G/V this day because my solenoid on the G/V was bad and has since been replaced. Again thanks for the comments guys.

PS- Paul don't stir up the turbo guys. ( Scott & Jody) They will run real well.

Shay,

As you know I've done several of the centrifugal builds, the last being very similar to yours. I know the potential and a great side benefit is the simplicity of the installation as compared to the turbo project.

I'm glad you got yours to the track for some numbers; they would not let me run mine at the local track with a roll cage. Gives me an idea of where the car was.

I sure it would have been quicker with more cubic inches and water injection. I will want to talk to you more about the water/alcohol inj. when I get ready to get one if you don't mind. Shay

No problem, let me know. You'll be able to run more timing and boost with it, which will translate into "more power"!
