Thumbs down Robert Jackson/Iamtheonlyreal1

We ordered a front end kit for a Volvo 544 nearly 2 years ago, and received nothing but lies from Robert Jackson/Iamtheonlyreal1. We finally got in contact with Robert Jackson recently via email about a refund for the $2694 originally sent to him for the part that was never made.

He wanted us to jump through all sorts of hoops to get a refund, and when we finally complied with his orders of the exact way he wanted refund paperwork filed, guess what?!, he ignored the mail and says that we didn't give him enough time to issue a refund.

Robert Jackson handles business in this manner. I would love to go on with my life and have my money back in the bank rather than funding Robert Jackson's projects.

This customer purchased a prototype unit that wasnt completed yet which his purchaser/employee knew, and for him to have the first discounted kit he was going to give feedback and pictures, but there were some delays due to some unforeseen steering issues for his specific oem steering column application. His first refund request was in March of this year and he has been refunded for the purchase, but there was a delay there because he added thousands of additional dollars to his first refund request for things like 30 dollars a day storage, interest, and other things that werent part of the deal and would be thousands of dollars over his purchase price. Here is his request below.

Robert Marcello president SVS Automotive has submitted the following message:

please contact me direct regarding invoice # 1027, dated 01/16/2012. You have failed to deliver. I want my money back NOW plus 1.5% per month interest as well as $30.00 per day the car has sat here waiting. Please do not ignore this DEMAND!

He also says the kit was never built, but they were supplied with updates and pictures of the built unit, along with fitment of the unit on our test car. From there we found out that there were going to be some oem steering column adaptation that would be needed, and I was going to have to sort that part out, and they volunatarily waited. The first refund request was the request above, and I could not agree to those terms, so there was alot of unecessary back and forth because he wouldnt officially retract the demands.
