Default 69 Camaro exhaust

I am wanting to make a custom stainless exhaust system for the 69 in 3". Does anyone know of a kit that features the tubing, "X" pipe & mufflers? Any ideas would be appreaciated!

Magnaflow is the answer. The all stainless system with X Pipe is only $650 through us to the door.

Here are some sound clips

This one is a 500HP 383 small Block with a X Pipe full system

this is our buddy Todd's Badd Ass 496 with X Pipe and dumps in front of the axles. Tailpipes would tame it quite a bit

If you want to go custom, get an X pipe and/or tubing from Spintech or Stainless Works and have a competent shop put it all together with the mufflers of your choice.

I like the kit idea on the Magnaflow systems but I really do not care for their sound at all.

For a gentlemens Hot Rod, mellow idle, mellow cruise, blow through wide open, I like Magnaflow. For a racy muffler Corsa are nice

Only you can answer that question.

I spent a lot of time on youtube listening to various exhaust systems and decided I wanted to try Spintech.

Interior resonance is a big deal. I'm pretty sure spintech will drive you out of your mind no matter how well you insulate the car. That was one of the deciding factors for me.

This could very well happen for me, esp without tailpipes, as I plan to try out first. But I am one of the few people who don't mind a good head-shaking drone.

And actually my daily driver has a good amount of drone around 2500-2800 rpm so I am used to it!

At the end of the day, mufflers are pretty easy to swap out on our cars if you don't like your first choice.
