Default Heating carbon fiber resin?

Short answer...NO......I have reproduced taillight housings for my 68 in CF, and installed a lot of body panels on RACECAR applications in CF.

1: I would have thought those parts were thin and flexible enuf to push into place enyhoo......emphasis on THIN

2: If they're cold laid-up on a bench (vac-bagged), they won't be any more pesky than regular fiberglass resin. CF resin is optically clearer so it doesn't have that yellow tint, and better quality with UV sunscreen.

3: If they were autoclaved (HIGHLY UNLIKELY)....different story....they'd be a lot tougher but still so thin and flexy as to cooperate.

4: Call Anvil.
