Default knocking/tapping noise after installing serpentine belt

I completed installing my march pulley kit and serpentine belt, and now have a knocking/tapping noise, the belt seems a little tight, anyone know what might be wrong?

Did you laser align all the pulley ribs?

No I dont think so, that wasent mentioned in the instructions, what does that mean?
