Default Can't create a new post in the classifed section?

Do you have to have a certain amount of post or something to create a new post in the classified section?

Yep, minimum 20 posts, then you can create a thread in the Classifieds.

that's a pretty fair minimum post count. i've been on some sites that have it at 50-100.
