Default Corner weight scale reading increments

I'm looking at some scales to use to weigh my car and get the corner weights correct. The scales read to the nearest 50 grams ( 0.11 pounds ) or 100 grams ( 0.22 pounds ). I've never used a proper set of scales, and I don't know how fine they read. Is getting my corner weights ( road course race car ) right to the nearest 0.11 or 0.22 pounds going to be worth the effort, or does it need to be better than that?

No second hand units for sale down here either
