Default 1967 Camaro Project Update

Ok, finally getting around to making a project thread here. Don't have all the project pictures but here are a few. This car is a driver so no nice clean engine or underbody shots.

Engine
409CID Small Block Chevy (Decked, Splayed)
AFR 210CC race ready heads
Solid Roller Cam
6" Rods
Victor Jr Intake
MSD 6al
Headman Hustler Headers to 3" spintech oval exhaust

Chassis
SC&C Adjustable Arms W/Tall balljoint
Varishocks w/ Hotchkis springs
Hotchkis sway bar
C5 front brakes w/ Hydroboost brake booster
T56
Gbar Rear suspension w/10 bolt 4.10 gears
DSE Mini Tubs
S&W Roll Bar
Hotchkis subframe connectors
C6Z06 Rims 18x8.5 front 18x10.5 rear
Home made front splitter

as it sat a couple years ago

Body Work wasn't too bad. Cheater quaters, 1 new outer wheel house small patch on the door.

Tubs

Cage in

T56 install hit the floor due to a slight variation in the floor (you can see the fold in the metal). I needed to remove some of the welds and straighten out were the floor was hitting. I also gave that ear some plastic surgery.

Painted but not digging the chrome now

Splitter

As it sits now painted Rims / Splitter I think it just looks mean.

Currently have but not installed (yet):
Vortech Supercharger (this is going to be a big project)
KRC pump w/ external tank
Lee Steering Box
C5 rear discs brakes
BF Goodrich KD's

Probably won't get many more updates since I plan on just driving this for a while.

Nick

Its been a while since i've updated this. I'm going to move the car into a new direction. Less "race" more "street". I want to use the car more with my family and the roll cage / no A/C and no rear seat don't help with that. I also need to do routine maintenance to the 409 and when adding the upgrades i wanted to do i came to the why bother scenario. SO.......Here is the plan.

SpeedTech Pro Touring subframe
SpeedTech LS Swap Components (Mounts, T56 Tunnel, Clutch, Oil Pan, Headers)
PSI Harness
Vintage Air
DSE Subframe connectors and firewall fill plate
AAW Classic Update
Griffin LS Radiator
Afco Heat Exchanger
RestoMod tank Duel Pump with corner pickups
Clean and paint misc small parts under the hood

Oh and of course LS swap.

First Purchase is in LSA

Part of the project was to create more room in the Garage. I have a fairly wide 2 car that is under the house. It is insulated and has easy access to the 200 amp panel. Some minor upgrades to the garage space are 100amp sub panel, 240v heater, and Pushing my 8' wide bench back 40". This makes the bench recessed into the basement more.
