Default My new friend...

Lat-G fam...what do y'all think? I got this a week ago and hadn't been able to sleep a single wink ever since then. I found this locally on Craigslist, went and looked at it and the next thing you know, I was writing a check to leave a deposit until the bank opened and I could go and get the funds. It's a running, driving straight-6 with a factory 3 speed on the floor. It needs a new top, of course and the frame it a bit shabby, but overall, it's a damn solid car. We all know we've seen them far more worst and rotted out. It came with the Protect-o-plate, the original title and bill of sale and even a picture of the day the owner drove it home from the dealership. I'm racking my brain on what type of subframe I want to go with...DSE, Speedtech or Art Morrison. I've got a trick up my sleeve as far as the wheels are concerned. I'll reveal that later on. Other plans are a LS7, T56 Magnum and Baer brakes.

Congrats!
You are SO FAR ahead by acquiring a car as clean as this.

I am jealous right now.

When do we get to learn about your wheels?

In due time...in due time. Just be a little patient. I'm just making sure this is what I want to do with them. Nothing special...they'll be 19x10 up front and 19x13 out back. I have to make my mind up as far as what suspension I'm gonna go with first.

I know Charlie. I'm gonna have to work on that and put some headrest back in the car.
