Default 1970 Camaro - Burnaby, Canada

I started working on my AC plumbing, I went with EZ clip hose and fittings. I bought everything from Hose Warehouse, they seemed to have the best prices. So far I have everything mostly routed. There's a few areas that I need to sort out, like the bulk head lines under dash and the heater lines that go to the water pump. These areas are very tight.
I'm also second guessing my air filter location now, I couldn't run the air filter on the drivers side because my remote oilfilter in taking up that spot. I'm not sure if the heat from the AC and heater hoses with affect the air intake but I will most likely make some holes in the lower front portion of the fender liner.

Cool

Nice set up ... where did you source the fittings? ie. the 90's and 45's for the connections? I haven't ordered my VA kit that's on my to-do list, any part # for bulkhead fittings or advice would be appreciated!

I bought everything from Hose Warehouse , http://hosewarehouse.com/
They were by far the cheapest place that I found. I must of spent a few hours cross referencing all the part numbers from vintage air. If you let me know what you need I can give you all the part numbers, or I can scan my recipet and send it to you.

I made some small progress on the vintage air unit under the dash. Not exactly how I wanted to route the lines but I think It should work fine. The only part of the plumbing that's not looking too good is the water pump, heater line ports. I'm going to be ordering the Drive Junkies Accessory drive, when I free up some funds. Once I get to that stage I'll see what I can come up with.

Hey David,
We've met before, right?

Did you have a white convertible 69 Camaro?

I'm not really in any hurry to finish the car. I bought the car in 2006 and had most of the metal work done back then. Then I sold my house In 2010/11 and basically stored it till now. I'm all set up again so I'm excited to be working on it. I'm kind of glad it took this long because I've learned so much being on this site and trolling around on the DSE website.

To be hounest my left over parts list is looking pretty scary. I'm going to have to save a bit of money before I can finish it. Seems like all the stuff I want is in the thousands now. Lol
