I have the EXACT same situation. Same lights, same car, happens after washing, still functions, but stays on. Once dry it goes out and works normally. Has been this way for over 7 years now. I just live with it. I have checked grounds etc, even had an electrician take a look and he couldn't find anything. I suspect that it's water / condensation across the actual LED board that causes it
