I have to find my notes when I weighed my 3.5, I believe it was 417 with turbos and flywheel w/o pressure plate, disc and bellhousing dry. I don't recall if I had the alternator, AC compressor, starter or the E250 PS pump I am using.

A buddy has a Mustang with the 2.3EB, the car is pretty impressive and would have to guess it is 3300lb or more.

You should do a tutorial on laying up the composite parts. That'd be awesome if you had the time.
