Default Picture of DSE A/C bracket

Hi Guys, like the title say does anyone have a picture of the DSE A/C bracket installed? Where does it mount to on the inboard side, is it on the ashtray bracket? Any help will be appreciate!

Thanks

Are you talking about the under dash bracket that holds the vintage air unit? If so it works great. Very easy to install. I even modified one to work with my 67. If i remember correctly it mounts on the radio mount, and a cable bracket, and you drill a hole or two. Again very simple.

I used one in a customer car and added support because it seemed too flimsy without another support in addition to the hole drill deal. Worked out fine.

Where does it bolt up on the middle of under the dash? Does it go on the ash tray bracket? I"m missing the smaller piece for that end.

Didnít you guys get the instructions with your bracket? I installed one of these a couple of years ago and it was pretty straightforward. I remember there was another bracket I had to buy also. I can dig out the instructions if anyone needs a copy.

Here are a few pics. This is a factory air car if that makes a difference. Not the easiest thing to photograph.

Excuse the mud dobber nest. Just got back on this project after a 2.5 year break.

Thanks Don I have no idea what happened that small piece that goes to the ashtray piece. It’s probably in a box somewhere with all thew other parts I can’t find for the car.

DSE Can't even help with the install. No holes lined up on my car. Finally got it in (after SEVERAL hours) where it goes and the Case hit the firewall.. This thing is junk in my opinion. Took less than 30 min to mount with factory vintage air brackets and seems more sturdy anyway. (and level)
