Default Header help

I have a 69 camaro that has a sbc 383 stroker (gen I block) that I have lowered 3 inches from stock height. I was wondering what headers to use? The car will have a pypes CROSSFLOW W/ X-PIPE SYSTEM SGF70. The stroker also was on a dyno with hooker super comps and made 457 hp and 478 lbs of torque.
Thanks,
Jon

I am running a t-56 tremec transmission with there supplied cross member. The engine has pro comp heads that a machine shop worked over to get them up to par.. Thank you all so far for the responses.
