Ultimate headers look nice. I thought about going with them to get better ground clearance and go to a oval exhaust

Steve - I remember seeing your car done and going...man did we just build the same car lol...

Crazy enough I didn’t see your build until I had all my parts and color finalized. Guess great minds think alike??

Wow! Awesome job! I went through the whole build & was impressed with the attention to detail.. I’m building a 64 Chevy 2 & I’m OCD with the build... hoping it comes out as good as your build.. thanks for the detailed pics.. a lot of good ideas!

So its kinda crazy that its been almost three years since an update. But over that time I worked out of town for two years, built and moved into a new house (including a new shop). Good news is I am back and it and hoping to finish up the car by end of the summer. I will give you guys a few quick updates and hopefully get back to updating this more often...

First things first...the new shop. Its a 30x30 attached garage with 13' ceilings. Fully foamed walls and ceiling. Wired for speakers and TV. Much better than my old setup

Had to get the rearend powdercoated due to a poor job from the original supplier. But now I can finish brake lines and install it for good.

-20AN Upper Radiator hose done. Waiting on one more fitting and I can finish the lower hose.

Intake tube mocked up. Still need to trim the 45, measure and order filter but after that, this part will be done

Have a lot of parts out to powdercoat right now and once those come back in I will be able to do final assembly. Car is also going to exhaust shop next week to have a full 3" stainless exhaust installed. Once that is done...I can finally crank the car.

I love seeing it this close for you, the engine bay looks amazing. The cabinets are sweet! Heck it's all SWEET! I wish I had that much room for something that big. I love it, enjoy the hell out of it.
