Jim, yeah, those are the grommets I bought from Summit. Those are the ones I repied about previously.

If anyone gets these, make sure you buy them from Summit or another vendor other than "Seals-It" themselves......they are about 5 to 8 dollars more thru them.

Bowtie, I'll get those measurements for you in a bit. If you look at the link, hover over "Products" and click "Grommet Seals", then clcik on which style you will need. Once you are there, it will give you pretty much all the measurements. The only one it dosent give measurements to is the "Split Grommet"......like the one I used for my harness.

I might be onto something. A friend used something he found in an electronics stire near his house to hookup his covans dash, he said the receptacle has 4 mounting bolts, and the plug secures with a 1/4 twist, 28 concats, solder on. I'll pass the info on when I get it.

If you are still looking for a header (or if anyone else in cyber-space is paying attention) you can check out these links to see what is out there:

www.tycoelectronics.com
www.laddinc.com (Deutsch)
www.molex.com

Then go to these links to purchase what you like (please note: a lot of items you find on the above sites are not readily available to the public. However, you can find a lot of cool stuff you can buy online):

http://www.alliedelec.com/
www.mouser.com
www.digi-key.com

Default Part #'s ?

So, this is great information, but my head is dizzy. Does anyone have part numbers? It looks like you have to order each component seperately.

SUCCESS!
You want part numbers, I got part numbers.
This is a 37 pin connector set, terminals will fit 16-18 gauge wire and handle 13 amps each. The receptacle is a 4 screw panel mount, roughly 1 3/4" between the screws. The plug is a twist lock.

Both Amp/Tyco and Newark part numbers, along with Newark's prices.

Description...............AMP #.......Newark #.....$$$....Details
Circular connector.... 206150-1...44F8392... $3.36...37 pin male plug, twist lock,
Circular Connector... 206151-1...44F8393... $2.87.. 37 pin female, panel mount, unsealed -3 is peripheral seal
Cable Clamp (2)....... 206138-1.. 44F8397... $3.54....screws onto male and female connectors to cover and protect wires
Socket.................... 66101-1.... 50F573.... $0.823...Female terminal, each
Pin......................... 66099-1..... 50F67..... $1.04....Male terminal, each
Insertion tool........... 91002-1..... 89F4310. $17.68... You can get by without this
Extraction tool.......... 305183.... 44F8408..$13.00....Just in case you screw up

I'll have it in hand next week, and will try to remember to post some pics.
