Fantastic! Congrats on getting to finally drive it. How did it do? How long did it take before you stopped smiling?

Thanks! It was just a short run since the bigger roads still have salt on them. But it went well, just a little coolant leak due to a bad hose clamp. Noticed also that I forgot to make a front wheel alignment. There will certainly be more things to adjust when I can take it for a proper test drive =)

So today while I was driving I was thinking about this car and wondered if it was every finished and today I clicked the link to the Garage Built Car Thread and somehow it was right there in the last couple posts.

"Garage Built Cars" Thread

The post with this car is on page 78 or post #772

https://lateral-g.net/forums/showthr...=10699&page=78

This is and will always be one of my favorite BB Threads from the Photography, to the simple posts that make you feel like your having a conversation.
The Photography makes you feel like you are living in the moment with the car and I still want more pictures.

That car is like the automotive equivalent of brass knuckles, simple looking but brutal.
