long to short steering arm swap?

I am going to swap a set of long steering (knuckle) arms for a set of short ones on my 68 camaro. Will I have to realign the front end or can I just readjust the tie rod length? Any help would be appreciated.

technically the "toe" is all that will change, i would get em as close as possible, then run it to an allignment shop and have it checked/set
