Man I'm loving this build!!!!!
Who did your motor (351 to 427)? I would love to do something like that with my Mustang's power plant.

Any specifics on the engine would be greatly appreciated.

My motor is being put together at Reedy's racing engines. Here are some specs:

Dart 351 windsor block 4.125 bore
trick flow track heat heads(ported)
edelbrock victor jr. manifold converted to fuel injection
Ross racing forged custom pistons 46cc dish
Scat 6.2" forged rods
scat forged crankshaft 4" stroke

Sweet! How are you hanging the front sheet metal? Just making brackets from the cage? I really dig it, good luck!

thanks for all the feedback.. Im not 100% sure on how to mount the front sheet metal. I was thinking of making something out of square or round tubing, same for the radiator core support. what do you guy's think?

Hey our cars share a few similarities - complete tube frame twin turbo '67 mustang's anyway.

You may find this buildup interesting for some ideas:

PHotos of the actual project are sprinkled through out so skip through as much of the esoteric suspension discussions as you like lol.

The car looks nice- it was a pleasure talking to you the other day. Look for pics of Mike Provencher's 67 Camaro coming soon.
Can't wait to see the renderings!

I have always and will always want a 67 fastback. Almost got one at Kruse international auctions in 2000. Car went up really fast though in price. Welcome, and looking forward to seeing the project progress. Are you doing the build or having a shop do the work? That motor is going to sound sick with the twins on there.

i bent up and tig welded the cage. ryan kertz from kertz fabrication is handling the rest of the fabrication. the shop is in sonoma, ca at infineon raceway. i just dont have proper equipment or time to do the fabrication myself. one thing that i will be doing is modify the dash. im going to cut it in half and fab up the top portion out of sheet metal. similar to the alloway mustang dash, but with a few differences
