I saw these guys at PRI last week and thought how awesome this would be. I'm not a fan of video games because of the lack of realism, but the driving experience was just incredible. I just ordered a steering wheel and pedal set and getting ready to sign up. They have actual online league racing and of course the C6R sounds like a blast to drive when it is avalible.

I've been looking at it for the last month or so Rodger and it looks like a cool deal. It's been a while since I played a sim game but the reality of some of the cars and tracks there looks pretty awesome. I would guess that I'll be on there before the end of the year...

I will let you know how it is. I should have the steering wheel before Christmas. I just need to figure out how to hook it to my LCD and maybe get some nicer pedals. The sim I drove in PRI was totally awesome.

A good friend of mine did some testing for them and he said the grapics are great but the way you have to race isn't so good , you can't touch another car or you loose points ( that you need to move up ) or if somone crashes you , you also loose points . He does alot of online racing and is very good , he said its cool but doesn't like the points and way you have to go about it . He did say if they do work some of those things out it will be good.
Good luck guys and have fun !!

Oh man. I was such a slave to the cars I totally missed this. I saw it but I guess I did not realize what it was. I also am interested in the best seat set up.

The guys in the Iracing booth told me my best bet for my buck is the Logitech G25 steering wheel, The cannon simulations pedals, either the plans to build or the pedals as a production part, and the Obutto seat center. Just do a search for each part they are easy to find. The steering wheel is like 250.00, the pedals can cost like 600 and the seat center is about 275.00. Plus you need a fast enough computer with a graphics card.

Darrell (Bouncer) races on Iracing. I've been meaning to stop over to his place and check it out. He says it's pretty cool.

I got my steering wheel and pedal assembly yesterday from Walmart and I got everything hooked up. It is awesome. I'm going to see if we can set up some kind of way to do a Lateral-g league race. If you buy the Logitech G25 it is a great start. Sure the other fancy stuff is bitchin, but the G25 with the pedals it comes with are not horrible or cheesey. I will upgrade but it gets me started.

If you sign up give them my email address

obutto.com sells a seat set up that is about the best and cheapest way to do it. This maynot be shocking but we are going to build a tube one for the shop. I will probably buy the Plans for the pedals from Cannon simulations and build a few sets for the gusy around here.
But like I said the Logitech G25 will get you a very good start. The feed back steering is pretty good i must say.
