I have a customer with a take over project with a custom frame under the car. The builder / chassis builder is out of business / MIA and we are trying to help my customer finish the car. I am trying to indentify this spindle and I thought it was going to be Mustang 2 but it is not.

Can anyone tell me what it is? I will give a $25 gift certificate to GPSuperStore to the first one to answer correctly.

I agree with deuce. It looks like a mustang 2 spindle.
Try MBM. They not only have a spindle that looks like that but the part number is 156 (same as the casting in your pic).
They are a universal dropped spindle that alot of garage rod builders use.
Worth a try.

I have the customer seeing if the other side ends in 155, if so I believe Steve is the winner! I will also call MBM tomorrow to verify all the numbers.

The pic of the spindal is a two inch dropped spindal based
off a mustang two.The spindal is from hill creek manufacturing, and international wholesale out of
nebraska sells that spindal.

Hill creek is ut of nc.

Thanks Justin,

So I assume it takes a standard Mustang 2 brake kit?

I can see why they went broke. Upper balljoints stressed out, tie rod cotterpin ABOVE the nut, and the overall geometry looks kind of crappy.
