Assembled in mid-2008 by http://www.gearheadsperformance.com/ghj/ in Texas. 15K miles on everything. Will hold 800-900 horsepower, maybe more. Intended for use with Kenne Bell 2.6. (target was over 600 RWHP). Got rearended before I could install the blower so this motor has never seen boost. Cam's were made by Comp Cams with Modular Powerhouse's custom Kenne Bell grind, so to run turbos or a centri blower, a cam-swap would be wise. Motor is pictured as it sits now in my garage. Listed below is what will be included, unless the buyer doesn't want some of the accessories.
Top End:
> OEM Valve Covers
> '02 PI Heads (w/new valve seals, guides, etc.)
> Modular Powerhouse/CompCams Custom Kenne Bell Blower Cam's
> CompCams Valve Springs (26113-16)
> ARP Head Studs
Bottom End:
> Cobra Aluminum Teksid Block bored .020 over (latest version with thickest mains and no jacking screws)
> Balanced MMR IRA (Forged, 19cc Manley pistons with THICK upper ring-land, 4340 H-beam Rods w/ARP2000's, 4340 Kellogg Cobra Crank, Federal Mogul Speed-Pro Bearings)
> Stainless Steel Piston Rings
> ARP Main Studs
> Canton '00 Cobra R Windage Tray
> OEM Oil Pan w/Pan Studs
> MMR Oil Pump
> Stamped Steel Trigger Wheel
> One-Piece Timing Crank Sprocket
> Innovators West 8-Rib Dampener
> Meziere Electric Water Pump & Relay
> PI Heater-Tube
> 03/04 Cobra motor mounts
> Spec Steel Flywheel (SF84S)
> Assembled with all new Timing Chains, Tensioners, Guides, Gaskets, etc.
And I have these if the buyer wants them:
> 4.6 9mm FRPP plug wires
> 96 GT Factory Wiring Harness
> OEM Starter & Battery Cables
Simply needs to have the oil-pan and valve covers re-gasketed. I understand it's tricky to get the pan to seal up right with the Cobra R windage tray. If I had to do it all over again I'd install metal valve covers, but that's just me. The composite ones work fine when gasketed properly. Cobra oil-cooler in last picture had to removed because it wouldn't fit around the Maximum Motorsports K-member.
